EazySites offers a database that stores contact information from form entries and newsletter sign-ups in one place. Enter contact details, include extra fields optionally, and preview entries to ensure all information is complete. This helps deliver offers to the right audience and keeps communications relevant.


How to Add and Update a Contact:

  • Open the Contacts section from the main menu.

  • Click Create Contact to start a new entry.

  • Enter the email address, first name, and last name.

  • Enable Marketing Consent if the contact agrees to receive promotional emails.

  • Add extra fields optionally, with a Field Name and Field Value.

  • Click Create to save.

  • Select Preview for complete details.

  • Click View Contact to see full information, edit, or remove entries.

  • Use available actions to edit, remove, or add the contact.
