Quick Capture
Quick Captures provide a way to record ideas, tasks, or notes without interrupting ongoing workflow. Use the small input field to enter items while browsing, researching, or planning tasks. Once recorded, entries appear in the dashboard, ready to be reviewed, organized, and prioritized.
How to Add Quick Captures:
Go to the 'Quick Capture' section from the left-hand navigation menu.
Click 'Add New' to create a new entry.
Enter the task title.
Provide the task details.
Format text (optional).
Select an appropriate tag.
Set a date for the task (optional).
Click 'Add Item' to save.
Additional Steps:
To view or edit a task, simply click on it from the task list.
Click 'Edit' to change details or the taskās schedule.
Update the task status.
Click 'Update Item' to save updates.
Now itās time to put Quick Captures into practice. Record ideas, tasks, and follow-ups efficiently, ensuring they are organized and readily available in the dashboard for review, prioritization, and action.
